The earliest opening date is 15 January, and the latest closing date is 31 October.  Most rivers have a shorter season than this, and dates can vary widely.  For information on a particular river  email us

The earliest opening date is February 2, and the latest closing date is 30 October.  Most rivers have a shorter season than this, and dates can vary widely.  For information on a particular river email us

Trout

Note that Rainbow Trout, as a non-native species, have no close season, unless specified by a local

by-law.
