EVENTS

titles-events.gif
This section will contain details of events and courses being run by SACS for members.

Courses run in the past include amateur keepering, small shoot improvements, gundog training, shooting coaching, fishing tuition, pest & vermin control, game preparation, and a host of others.

These events are run on demand from members, in convenient local venues, with training and expertise from highly experienced tutors. The cost of these events varies, but is based on the actual cost of providing the course, not to make a profit from our members - as an example, a one day gundog training course, including morning tea/coffee and lunch, is likely to cost around £50 per person, depending on the number of attendees.

At the moment we have a small, dedicated band of volunteers who attend these events, however, there is always room for anyone else who wishes to help us in any way.
This could be anything from helping us to set up the stand on the day before the Fair to manning the stand and helping promote SACS to potential new members.
If you feel you can help in any way please contact Mike Best at
